number of courses in the meal and the specific requirements of the client.

While some people may not have been born with the ability to hold their own at an
8-course meal, the skills required to do so can be learned.
Knowing how to correctly hold a fork and knife, use both dessert utensils, knowing
how to properly set utensils down and removing the shell from shrimp with confidence
