About the Project

Royal Palm Residences is one of the most luxurious development projects in the Seychelles. It is spread out over sloping land in the north-eastern part of the main Seychelles island of Mahé, in the immediate vicinity of the Morne Seychellois National Park. This is a premium location, with the most beautiful panoramic vistas of the Indian Ocean and neighbouring islands and easy access to the capital city of Victoria and International Airport. In 2014 and 2015, the concept of the project and its finished Show Villa won the prestigious International Property Awards.

The developer of the resort is the renowned Royal Palm Development Company of the Seychelles. The finished colonial villas were designed by the multidisciplinary architectural office of ADD.Locus Architects, which also designed the 5* Four Seasons Resort in the Seychelles and the luxurious facilities on the private island of Fregate.

The total area of the resort is approximately 30 hectares, on which 24 luxury residences will be located, with panoramic vistas of the Indian Ocean, the Sainte Anne Marine National Park, Eden Island resort and the capital city of Victoria. Moreover, each of the residences is designed totally individually, according to the specific requirements of the client, or adapted to them, depending on the construction phase.

All construction work is carried out in accordance with the high standards set by the developer and with regard to sustainability and ecology. Great attention is paid to the selection of quality materials from local sources, energy-saving technologies and other elements, such as private water tanks, distribution systems and rainwater collection, etc., in order to protect the environment as much as possible and to reduce the carbon footprint.

Currently, the resort is already fully functional with several completed colonial and modern villas located on spacious grounds surrounded by tropical greenery. The entire complex is a closed community with strictly limited and controlled access, 24-hour security and a camera system in all communal areas. The latest telecommunications infrastructure is also a matter of course, and the construction of a helipad is also planned.
