The villas are available in two types - A and B, differing in size, layout, and overall spatial concept. Customisation options are also available, allowing each villa to be tailored to the specific requirements of its owners. The villas can be purchased on a freehold basis. As an owner, you are entitled to apply for long-term residency in Mauritius.

  • Type A Villas

Type A villas are set on plots of 613 m² with a total built-up area of 257 m². In the standard configuration, they offer 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and toilet, built-in wardrobes and access to a terrace or balcony, as well as a spacious living area with dining area and a kitchen with a pantry, a wine cellar, guest toilet, partially covered terraces, a swimming pool, outdoor shower, garden and parking. As part of bespoke options, the total built-up area can be expanded up to 339 m², and the layout can be extended to include 4 and 5 bedrooms.

A range of optional upgrades is also available, tailored to the individual requirements of the client:

  • lower ground floor annex with additional bedrooms, office and storage
  • custom fitted outdoor kitchen, BBQ & bar area
  • extended swimming pool
  • covered pergola on pool terrace
  • enclosed and automated garage
  • materials and finishes upgrades

  • Type B Villas

Type B villas are set on larger plots ranging from 704 to 729 m², with a total built-up area of 274 m², offering a more spacious living option within the project. In the standard configuration, they offer 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and toilet, built-in wardrobes and access to a terrace or balcony, alternatively 3 bedrooms and a study, as well as a spacious living area with a dining area and a kitchen, a wine cellar, guest toilet, partially covered terraces, a swimming pool, outdoor shower, garden and parking. As part of bespoke options, the total built-up area can be expanded up to 355 m², and the layout can be extended to include 5 and 6 bedrooms.
